Our Leadership Team

Even though Otto handed over the daily operations of the company to Pierre LeBlanc, President and Tom Clavelle, Executive Vice President several years ago, those very same values are the guiding principles of today’s leadership team.

Pierre has been with Engelberth Construction since 1979. As president he is responsible for the overall operation of the company. He plays a key role on each Engelberth project, and can often be found at job sites keeping in touch with our field staff, visiting clients and strengthening relationships with subcontractors. Pierre’s strong background in estimating and project management makes his hands on participation in projects a tremendous asset.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom Clavelle directs the financial management and general administration of the company. His primary responsibilities include corporate financial planning and budgeting, business and strategic plan development and oversight of information systems, personnel and benefit administration. Tom has been with Engelberth Construction for over fifteen years.
