One of Engelberth’s greatest assets is our hard working and dedicated staff.  From laborers and craftspeople to supervisors, managers and clerical support personnel, we employ over 220 skilled individuals who take pride in what they do, and do it well.  The majority of our employees have been with the company for well over 10 years, many for 20 or more.

Having our own skilled trades people gives us the flexibility to compete on price as well as to have greater control over schedule-driven projects while ensuring the highest quality project for you.  If needed our crews are available to supplement subcontractors or to perform the work themselves in order to guarantee your project schedule.
