Wake Robin Retirement Community
Shelburne, Vermont
Engelberth Construction provided general contracting services for the construction of the 250,000 sf Wake Robin community which consisted of 235 one and two bedroom apartments and cottages.
The units include all of the amenities of home and the common areas provide hours of enjoyment and socialization for the residents.
Community spaces constructed include a library, greenhouse, community dining room, a private dining room for entertaining, lounges, a beauty salon, fitness center, work shop and gift shops.
