Exeter, New Hampshire
Engelberth Construction worked with OSRAM/SYLVANIA, Inc. to construct a five story, 40,000 sf addition to its manufacturing plant in Exeter, New Hampshire. The expansion was needed so that the company could relocate one of its existing operations to the Exeter plant.
The project was completed without interrupting critical ongoing manufacturing operations, saving the owner time and possible lost production money.
