Strategically located to take advantage of panoramic views, the original 80,000 sf office building was constructed in 1991 by Engelberth Construction with features including a raised flooring system. Recently, a 46,000 sf addition was required because of the ongoing growth of the company. New offices, conference rooms and cafeteria were part of the construction.
