Mascoma Savings Bank’s 44,000 sf state-of-the-art Operations Center is a combination of beauty and function. Located on the first floor is a full service retail bank offering customers a larger lobby, new safety deposit boxes and privacy.
The remaining portion of the three story structure consists of offices housing the finance, accounting, information technology, deposit and loan operations and business development staff.
The building was designed and constructed with energy efficiency in mind, including air systems that deliver hot and cool air through a raised floor system. Lighting with energy-saving controls, foam insulation and double glazed glass windows were also used to minimize energy requirements.
