Seventh Generation Corporate Headquarters Fit-Up
Burlington, Vermont
The fit-up of Seventh Generation’s new corporate office was Engelberth Construction’s first LEED certified project. The Gold level LEED-CI Certification fit-up involved the construction of new office space on two floors.
Project highlights include an open central staircase, various Forest Stewardship Council certified hardwood finishes, Vermont granite countertops, custom FSC cabinets and furniture, recycled local materials and low VOC building products chosen for their minimal impact on indoor air quality, energy efficient lighting, and zoned heating and cooling.
