Engelberth Construction was part of the face lift of the Green Mountain Mall in Rutland, Vermont. Working with the Mall’s developer, Engelberth constructed a 24,000 sf Bed Bath & Beyond Store and a new 22,000 sf Michaels Arts and Crafts Store. The designs of the low profile buildings fit nicely with the existing commercial shopping district in the town and blend well with the existing stores in the Mall.
