Strong leadership drives our business
Engelberth Construction operates on a classic flat structure based on flexible teams, clear lines of decision-making, and a relentless focus on serving customer needs.
The core values that Otto Engelberth established over 45 years ago are the very same guiding principles of today’s leadership team. Even with the development of new services, techniques, and technology, and the retirement of Mr. Engelberth over a decade ago, Value, Integrity and Respect still drive our decision-making process every day.
Pierre G. LeBlanc

He is in regular contact with clients, and is always readily available to assist with any challenges or issues that may arise.
