Dartmouth CollegeCorey Ford Rugby Clubhouse Addition & Renovation

Project Overview

Engelberth Construction completed a significant expansion and renovation of Dartmouth College’s Corey Ford Rugby Clubhouse, enhancing the facility to better support the College’s men’s club and women’s varsity rugby programs.

The new two-story 2,650 sf addition provides two visiting team locker rooms, public restrooms, dedicated coaches’ office space and a new mechanical room.

Additionally, 4,500 sf of the existing clubhouse was also comprehensively renovated to improve functionality and athlete support. Upgrades included a larger women’s varsity locker room, renovated restrooms, improvements to the training room, and mechanical system upgrades.

The project was strategically divided into two major phases to maintain access to critical facility functions. Teams were able to sequence work while minimizing disruption to Dartmouth’s athletic operations.

The completed project provides Dartmouth Rugby with a more functional, modern, and welcoming facility.
