Engelberth Construction, Inc., is pleased to announce that Greg Cadieux has recently joined the company as Mechanical Estimator. As a member of the preconstruction team Greg is responsible for providing detailed cost information for mechanical systems and equipment on projects using Timberline Estimating, working on competitive bids as well as providing value engineering and constructability reviews for clients. He comes to us from Dubois & King with many years of experience as a design engineer.
Additionally, Engelberth would like to congratulate Justin Yandow who has been named Chief Estimator. Justin joined the company in 2020 as a Senior Estimator with over 20 years experience working for construction firms in New England. Justin’s responsibilities will now also include maintaining our estimating database and leading our estimating teams with evaluating our current market conditions.
