BUILD AMERICA BUY AMERICA (BABA)
Engelberth’s team successfully navigated BABA compliance on the Cyber Fusion Center by leveraging a disciplined, proactive, and fully documented approach. Early collaboration with the design team, paired with clear and consistent communication across subcontractors and material suppliers, proved essential to maintaining momentum and avoiding risk. Standardized certification templates and a rigorous document control process — both in the field and in the office — further strengthened compliance efforts, enabling Engelberth to manage requirements sufficiently and keep the project moving forward with confidence.
